Justin Jonathan Phillips
Justin Jonathan Phillips is a real estate attorney and senior title and escrow executive with over two decades of experience in operational leadership, regulatory compliance,
and strategic growth. He has owned and led operations for both attorney-affiliated and underwriter-affiliated title companies, and brings a proven track record of reimagining workflows, launching new offices, and managing licensing, staffing, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. He is a title insurance producer, and notary, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ninety Ten Title and Escrow,LLC.. Justin has been married for 32 years, has two grown sons, and enjoys golf, camping, and hunting in his spare time.
Jean-Luke Welch
Agent with Ninety Ten Title and Escrow,LLC . He has been working with the previous branch for a couple of years now. Jean-Luke graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in organizational behavior and business policy, and received his MBA from the University of Texas with a concentration in finance.
Jean has served as director for a strategic litigation consulting firm, offering trial and settlement sciences and communications strategy. He has a passion for customer-centric product management and technology, as well as emerging media and digital engagement strategies that build brands online and transform the customer experience.
